Review Of mount n hills resort

I regret to share my recent stay experience at the property claimed as a mountain and hills retreat. The lack of basic facilities was evident, making it unsuitable for family stays. The bedroom had a persistent unpleasant odor, and its condition was far from tidy, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Shockingly, there was a complete absence of housekeeping services during my stay. Moreover, the blanket and bed sheets were not only unwelcoming but emitted a bad odor that made staying even a moment unbearable. This experience falls far short of the expectations one would have for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I urge the management to address these issues promptly to ensure a more positive experience for future guests.

This is a horrible experience. The hotel has no security for women. The bathroom window is broken. Anyone can see inside the bathroom. Open drinking and smoking. This is not a hotel. High chance to present a hidden camera. Staff behaviour is so rude. They have not provided any basic amenities. Towel, soap are not present. We immediately changed hotel but they haven't provided any single penny.

Room atmosphere is ok. Need little more cleaning. Site view from room good. But room size and interior little boring.
