Not hygenic ,also breakfast they arranged from local shop. Really disappointed they are not maintaining and no family is satisfied

Check in time was 2pm.. but they allowed early check in. I also forgot my mobile charger and the reception immediately arranged one for use

property location is on a mountain with tea estate view on second floor, good staff, neat rooms and toilets, bedsheets were not clean , otherwise it's a good place to stay

It's an ideal place for bachelor's and couples. The tea estate behind is ideal and the tea shop just below adds to the luxury of staying. It's bang on the road so the connectivity is good.

Brand new hotel, was clean and well maintained. Perfect choice. Price also reasonable. Recommend for a budget stay.

Communication problem, no lift for 2nd floor( my mom n aunt faced lots of trouble due to that as they have knee problem, no parking (parking on the road due to which police came to investigate at 1. 00 am, food variety wasnt there, door of the bathroom & main door were not getting locked. Overall horrible experience
