Soorya Castle

Room was very poor condition. Rain water directly comes to room through wall. No lift. No room service or phone to contact with hotel staff. No manager was there. No hot water, No one was there for rectification or service. Wash basin was overflowing due to non cleaning. One man was their. When i asked to give manager's number to compliant, but he didn't gave number. We lost two days with that hell .if you need,Iam ready to share videos and photos for prove.

Room is very old and light was not working in bathroom. When we called front desk he said light cannot be fixed and morning hot water was not coming. We traveled with 2 year baby and it was one of the bad experiences.

Poor housekeeping. Host didn't provide the hill view viewnig room. Even though almost all hill facing rooms were empty. we didnt see any other guest family . Host was smiling and talking but he lied that All other rooms are occupied. He only shown only this road viewing room from window. infront of our room only there was three rooms which had hill view facing windows. we didnt see anyone coming out or going inside in our entire stay. When you take extra money for 3 people staying room you should also provide extra bed within that amount. But this host asked rs400 extra for extra bed. I dont recommend this hotel to anyone.

Spacious room at budget friendly price. No proper service. Recommend for short stay.

good room for the price. the room i got had cockroach , but when issue was addressed they changed the room for us

The location is perfect for quick access to kalpetta bus stand. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The Mountain View from our room was so beautiful. Fully satisfied with the amenities provided too like mini fridge etc. there was a good restaurant right outside the hotel

Good Staff & Hotel Great Stay for family & Couple.

The stay was very nice. The Hotel is in nature. There is cuisine in the basement where you can get all types of dishes for lunch and dinner. The spot is in the center from all the tourist places of Wayanad.

Stay was good, spacious, clean, quiet rooms and view of chembra mountains, 4 km from kalpetta and u can reach very easily to other places

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom was neat and hygienic. The location is very convenient, making it easy to access nearby places. Highly recommended!

Worth paying good and clean room and very good price. Location wise too it is a good place easy to locate I recommend to all business travellers and travellers who are looking for a day stay can choose this place

Nice stay...one room had some cigarette smell that dint go post applying room freshner spray. Overall nice and descent stay.

Decent room for the money. Geyser didn’t work but they got it repaired. Staff were good and responded well.

room,toilet are excellent.but the toilet septic tank was leaking.it was very much irritated

Worst experience ever .. they didn’t even gave drinking water and kettle from there ... everything is stock out there . Even mineral water is stock out ?? .. someone theft from their parking and they have no responsibility about it . There is cctv bit they didn’t give any cctv footage of it . There is no receptionist there . We have to call them .
