Excellent Stay
First of all, we accidentally seen this property on MakeMyTrip at an very affordable price, i really love the property and ambiance and everything related to the property. It's situated in a small forest, very nice weather and the service is also good. We got a villa that includes 2 bedrooms , attached bathroom, with attached balcony, living room, dining room,and extra bed also. Breakfast also really good. The balcony view is so beautiful, the beauty of wayanad ❤️.
Really a bad experience with my family.
The villas are good but badly maintained , sofas and beds stinks. I was in their so called "Luxirious villa " for which i paid extra the only thing there was ac . The Ac were not working tvs not working . They dont even have kettles . the kettles to heat water are all broken. To the price we pay its very pathetic highly under staffed not clean at all and also every where there are insects.

Everything about this property is average and to make matters worse monkeys will come inside if not locked properly.

Very beautiful view from the villa and great location at a height. Lot of monkeys around. Interiors definitely need a relook, simple things like clock not working, lights flickering, taps leaking etc. In room dining can be better - utensils like bowls and forks, condiments like salt, etc are not given by default, they have to be asked with every meal. Menu should definitely be expanded to include more north indian dishes.
Villa interior lacked maintenance
groupProperty outdoor, service and food was good, staff behaviour was also good, as such no complaints. But the inside the villa it was very disappointing. Don't know about other units but villa 2 definitely lacked maintenance. Its was stinking like anything, the dinning chairs were dirty and the sofa dint have enough cushioning. They should consider replacing them immediately. Rest all was ok.

It's was so good to experience the view of that stay service are so good and fast the behaviour towards costumers is fantastic finally i have satisfied with this resort

It was a great stay and we had a great time the swimming pool is was great . And the view is just fabulous.

Scenic location and great weather
groupThe villas have a very scenic view of the peak. Cleanliness and staff service could be improved. But staff is always ready to help. Suggest more clarity of pool bookings and timings. Overall would recommend!

Location is good. Service was pathetic. Need to call and visit the office to get things done. Wifi was not available in the villa.

Average Stay
Not worth. It was entirely different. Only the benefit was the location and view. Other than that everything was disappointing. Even the breakfast menu was very limited. Their service was very good.

Peaceful stay
familyIt was a memorable stay no hassles during the entire stay. Staffs were soft spoken the food options were minimal but it's pretty much good both in quantity and quality. Swimming pool slot booking definitely provides privacy for the individuals. I recommend others to visit this property. Yes

Worst stay. Please don’t go by seeing pictures it doesn’t matches even 1%
coupleWorst property. Please don’t go by the pictures of it. They don’t have proper service, rooms are smelly, swimming pool is dirty event after requesting they didn’t clean. The hotel management behaviour is also very bad the care taker guys asked us to call them for room change but they refused. Worst stay ever.
Good Stay
This place is very good for a stay, spacious, neat, decent food, very friendly staff. They were kind enough to share a gas stove and utensils for preparing for the baby but were charged extra. One downside is it's extremely hot during summer since there is no ac.

Perfect place of stay overlooking green lush tea plan
familyPerfect place for you to take a break from your busy hectic life and get a chance to revive yourself. Property is located overlooking the lush green tea plantation facing the beautiful mountain ranges. The resort is well equipped with fully furnished villas and balcony view is mesmerizing during early mornings. They offer camp fire near the villa premises and also breakfast and dinner options also available on request. Mujeeb and pranjal were throughout our service for our 2 days of stay and we are very much delighted to stay again for our next wayanad visit and also to recommend to our friends and family. Swimming pool, even though looked fantabulous didn't seemed to be that clean and the showers were also not working.
