Average Stay
The rooms and the stay at this hotel was good but except the one who is in the reception the Nepali boy was to rude and not to be deserv to be as a receptionist my request to the hotel management to take immediate action on this issue it will be good to your hotel in future and the same hand the one who is in the morning shift the lady is very well behaved and professional in her work....

had a great stay . beautiful room with view of mountains and clear skies and banana plantation. clean and well maintained rooms and washroom with all the amenities like fridge, TV, AC, and tea coffee maker. all the staff are also very courteous and helpful.

Affluent, comfortable rooms in the best part of town, along main road side, restaurants and stores available right beside, excellent reception and support staff with room service 24x7. Even some landmarks like the Honey Museum are at walking distance.

Good Stay
The property is on the side of highway. Since we had booked non-ac thinking that Vythiri is cold, our stay was horrible. We could not open the window as the rooms were on the road side. ( I HAD BOOKED NON -AC DELUXE WITH MOUNTAIN VIEW WITH EXTRA COST, BUT THE TRUTH IS THEY HAVE NO SUCH ROOMS... THE AD WAS DECEIVING)... BUT NEED TO TELL ABOUT THE STAFF.... VERY NICE STAFF.. HELPING AND SUPPORTIVE.... STAFF WAS THE ONLY HIGHLIGHT OF OUR STAY...

Property location is very good, it's on main road of old vythri. They are very polite and humble throughout the stay. We can expect hygiene and cleanliness is next level. Restaurant and other shops are nearby.
