the stay was not that satisfying. it was just cleaned and had to ask for toiletries and towel

There is some issue And there not toilet paper for used And the hands wash basin is not working

I strongly advise against choosing this hotel for a family stay, especially when booking through MakeMyTrip. I had shared detailed complaints with MakeMyTrip, particularly about the rude behavior of the staff and the poor cleanliness of the rooms. Unfortunately, no action was taken. Please reconsider before making a reservation. If you still wish to book, consider booking directly with the hotel so you can address any issues on the spot and cancel immediately if needed.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever at Capital Residency, Wayanad, booked . The stay was extremely disappointing: The staff was rude and completely unprofessional. Rooms were not cleaned properly. No hot water was provided, even during the cold winter season in this hilly area. Basic hygiene and cleanliness were totally lacking. Overall, the property was poorly maintained and mismanaged. Such a bad, bad experience — definitely not worth the money or trust. I expected better standardss. Would not recommend this property to anyone!

Was a decent property. Room could've been cleaner. Air conditioner not maintained properly. But overall good experience. complimentary breakfast was really good.

I can’t see this type of the hotels in my life, horrible, not cleaning, no housekiping, no drinking water, roadside vehicles, Lord, of disturb and no soundproof windows. No proper lights in the bathroom and room old building, not maintenance.

Food: the food at capital residency was above average, with a mix of local and international dishes available. However, i found the in-house dining service a bit limited in terms of choices for lunch and dinner. That said, the quality of the food was good, and everything tasted fresh. For those who prefer to eat out, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby offering diverse cuisines. Amenities: the hotel offers a range of amenities that cater to both business travelers and vacationers. The fitness center was well-equipped with modern machines, which i appreciated as i like to maintain my workout routine even when traveling. The wi-fi was fast and reliable, which is a must for business travelers. I also noticed that they have conference facilities, making it an ideal location for meetings and corporate events. However, i would have liked to see a spa or wellness center to unwind after a long day. Services: the service at capital residency was exceptional. From the moment i arrived, the staff was attentive and courteous. Check-in was smooth and quick, and throughout my stay, i found the staff to be helpful and responsive to any requests. Housekeeping did an excellent job in maintaining cleanliness, and room service was prompt. One small downside was that the concierge service seemed a bit understaffed during peak hours, which caused some delays in arranging transportation and other services. Overall experience: capital residency offers a solid experience for both business and leisure travelers. The central location, quality of food, and attentive service are its main highlights. While there are minor areas for improvement, such as expanding the dining options and adding more leisure amenities, the overall experience was positive. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay in the city.

Calm and quite location. Since the location is about 500mts from main road it will be a task to find out the hotel. If you are about to visit in season time it will be a harder task to reach there and park your vehicle. Space is only for 5 vehicles. Suggested for off season stay

Room was good and worth for money. One small drawback was, there is no proper hot water facility. We got hot water with very low heat. Apart from that all was good.

Last moment booking was astonishing and extended due to unavoidable circumstances in the nearby city area walking distance from coffee house
