Nice stay within budget. Room was good and hot water was coming. Little far ~3km) from the kalpetta city, so personal vehicle will help. Those who want to stay amid-st the nature this is the perfect place as it is all surrounded by nature. You can play badminton and carrom. They have wifi too. They also give complimentary breakfast but we never got to try as we used to leave early morning during our stay. Impressed with the host's hospitality. They shared 4 day plan to visit in wayanad too. If you want a good stay within budget in wayanad, this is the perfect place.

It was comfortable stay with my family. Peaceful ambience and supportive staff made our day. Food is very good.

Rooms are not have proper provisions for keeping things, no toiletries are given, tea coffee provision is not available and no refrigerator. Play area is ok and food preparation is poor. Good point is only good staff

Only breakfast is provided plus tea at times…Not much variety in breakfast but it was hygienic and good..

Arrived at the stay on 26th january 2023 with a group of 10 friends. The rooms are cleaned and are hygienic by the time we arrive. Check in time for the property is 1:00pm. Vishnu the care taker at the property welcomed us and helped us in unloading the luggage. Then the owner muhammad ali arrived and talked with us and provided all the information and nearby tourist places to visit and he has also ensured he will provide all the support and help to visit the places. The breakfast was provided in the early hours of the day at 8:00 am with hot water and breakfast is also delicious with typical kerala authentic items.

The location was easy to locate. Everything is maintained well and kept clean. Owner is very courteous and understand the requirements of the customer instantly. Limited options for vegetarian. Overall it was a nice stay

Room was good and its far from city and need to travel minimum of 5km to get food. Only breakfast was provided during my stay. We struggled for food.

5. It was a good experience in an environment friendly place. It was very calm and peaceful. Such a lovely staffs around us will even make safe and secured in a island. It was like that with them. Thanks for providing us such a lovely stay!

The room was not upto the standard we expected and the cleanliness was average. The food was ok and there is no archery as mentioned in mmt.

This property is a bit interior from town but after reaching there it was very pleasant. Garden and atmosphere was good for family with kids. I suggest to book this.

Very first thing it's remote area. I follow google map to reach the place from wayanad side and last four kms road is like single lane with hair pin bend hilly terrain broken road and my car tyre was at 50% tread. Any decent restaurant is four kms away and going there in a rainy night with this road condition is another adventure. Some kind of dinner service should be provided since it's far off from city. Rooms are decent and services are very good. However it's not a farm, it's a small place. There's no tv, no wifi, no gym. It may not meet the expectations of a city traveller.
