I booked for hotel meridian residency but they checked in a terrible hotel where there was no facility no fan no towel no chair no cloth hanger , tv was not non functioning out of 4 plug. points only 1 was working dirty and poorly maintained room and bathroom, Room was so unhygienic, need refund bed was dusty

Hotel was already occupied so the hotel owner checked in me in one third grade hotel which was unhygienic dirty room no ammenties like towel hanger tv fan soap dusty bed

Closet was not proper

It's a really wonderful homestay very close to the botanical garden. Like 50 meters away. Host was so polite and lots of food options all around. Had an amazing stay. Thanks jo

The stay was neat and clean with service up to the mark, the hotel is near all tourist spots and walkable to all good restaurant and shopping area

The location was pretty good and very near to Rose Garden. But the problem was the room was not so clean as we expected. The bedsheets were full of dust and hair and there was no drinking water available. They should atleast take care of that I suggest.

I have easily booked budgetary room for group of 4 persons through Make my trip app near by Botanical Garden location,Neat & good room, staffs behaviour &support is good.

It was a decent stay well maintained clean room staff is very humble and showed good hospitality. This property is located 500mtrs to botanical garden and accessible to restaurants and tourist spots

Excellent hotel. All staff are very supportive and friendly. Good maintenance. Very near to all major sight seeing places.
