Our check-in time was 2 PM, but even after reaching by 5 PM, the room was still not ready. We had to come back around 6 PM to finally get the key, only to find the entire floor wet (as shown in the photo). Reported it at the reception, and they promised to send someone to mop — but no one ever came.
The next morning, breakfast wasn’t ready even by 9 AM, and the bed was uncomfortable, making it hard to get proper rest. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing. The staff and management definitely need to improve coordination, cleanliness, and guest comfort.
