The room was far from clean. The bed and pillow appeared to have been used, with visible hair, holes, and stains on them. The tile at the edge between the room and the bathroom was broken. The tap in the bathroom wash basin was damaged and unusable, so I had to rely on another tap. There was an empty and seemingly used gel bottle left open in the bathroom. The fan made a disturbing noise, and the AC remote didn’t function properly. The tea bag and sugar were carelessly placed, making them unappealing to use. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. (Room-301)
