Review Of Mother's Inn Homestay, Fort Kochi

This was my first home stay experience and it was really so good . Rooms and bathrooms were neatly maintained to the level of any other hotels. Stay was really pleasant. Homestay had a car parking which was added advantage as most homestay around kochi doesn’t have a designated one. Overall it was a really good and recommended stay for family or couples

We had a great stay at Mother’s Inn the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We booked 7 dorm beds, but there were only 2 bathrooms, which made it a bit difficult to manage, especially in the mornings. On the first day, the host kindly let us use her personal bathroom since we were in a rush, but later it was a bit of a struggle. There were also quite a few mosquitoes, so it’s good to carry Odomos if you plan to enjoy the lovely outdoor and balcony areas. The dorm AC wasn’t very strong either, so I’d recommend booking a regular room instead of the dorm for more comfort. Also, there was a lack of access to drinking water in the room; we ourselves were asked to bring water whenever needed from downstairs. Despite these small issues, the place has a great vibe, and we even saw a peacock in the backyard, a really nice touch! Also, the stay is after crossing a very beautiful street, so from the Water Metro we can even walk and reach.

Property was clean. Rooms were small. Bathroom was clean. Staffs were very polite and helped promptly when asked. But property is good for solo and budget friendly travellers not for family

It was easily accessible from the water metro terminal. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and willing to accommodate our requests. I was looking forward to the breakfast, but it was too homely.

Nice property. Breakfast was good and the staff assisted us with sightseeing. Food was food. nice place to stay. It eas clean.

The host is good. The breakfast was good, place is clean. but rooms was very small with no window, not sure if all were same. it's in very narrow lanes, it will be difficult to get proper suv in those tiny lanes. There are other homestays available on the main road as well.

I stayed with my friend for 2 days and the stay was really comfortable. staffs were genuinely welcoming

Homely feel and calm atmosphere

The property is located in fort kochin is nearby to all major attractions, the rooms are clean and budget friendly. The staff is kind and helpful. There is no elevator but the staff helped in moving the luggage to the first floor where the rooms are situated. Close proximity to restaurants and the garden, swing and few games like table tennis, darts, carrom board are in good condition.

staff non cooperative refused everything first and then only provided things like basic toiletries refused to refill them. place is nice though clean rooms and washrooms

The staff were very polite and cooperative during the stay. Very apt location and accessible to beach and restaurants nearby. The property is great for friends hangout. There is a good garden side of the property which is pleasant to spend time in the morning and evening.

The host and the staff are very welcoming and the experience of stay was worth every rupee. Rooms and surroundings are clean. The garden area is where we will look forward to spend time. Unlike other stays in fort kochi, they have a spacious private parking area. I would recommend everyone who visiting fort kochi to stay at this beautiful and amazing place.

The caretaker was extremely cooperative, making our stay truly enjoyable. This place is ideal for families, with a beautifully maintained garden perfect for spending quality time together. Additional amenities like carrom and table tennis were a lovely bonus

I enjoyed my stay at Mother's INN very much. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and romm was nice and tidy with aircon. The garden is beautiful filled up with green plants 🥰 This wasy second time coming, and I will come back if I go travel to Fort Kochi again.

Property is located at a walkable distance from the beach and other tourist attractions. We stayed only one night, the room was clean but had few mosquitoes. They don't seem to have power back as the light went off once but came in like 10-15mins.

Rooms and good, though service is slow but manageable. The food is very good and overall it's worth the stay.
