Rome was very bad, there was nothing in the room. And all the bedding was bad, the pillow was bad. The bathroom was bad, the AC was bad. There was no doormaid, there was no trash can, there was nothing. The staff members were none

Family accommodation was good asper budget, location is very good, but quality of breakfast was poor

Very nice property properly managed n crafted. Spacious rooms with living room n kitchen. One can also cook here as they have provided all necessary utensils.

AC remote wasnt working , floor was broken in one area . Bedsheets were dirty , room was smelly , and as an extra bed they gave us an old mattress . Lot of cockroaches in the room, no area for parking. Reception wasnt responsive

The hotel staffs were very misbehaving to us as we booked the hotel at a lower rate . the rooms were dirty and the ac does not work. we paid for ac rooms but had to stay without an ac. the stay was horrible.

no services at all for such small rooms even price like 700 is too much. the staff was not at all active and completely unaware of how to handle guests and maintain property. the dormitories for 400 is still reasonable but standard rooms very disappointing just coz it is situated in fountainhas road the price was high

location is superb...room and bed was very small..don't even be given a soap for handwash as a cause they said it's been not stocked up...

Property is old, no special ameneties apart from geyser ac and balcony (barely able to stand. The manger and the room service were good and friendly. The strucure over lover ooks good typical portugese. The rooms are ok for the price you are paying in a city like panji. The overall vibe is pretty low unless u really want to get the vibes of staying in old style hotel. Biggest set back was the room didnt have any view, hence rated 3.

Tap was not available in bathroom, flush was not working properly. Receptionist was very rude. I haven't got drinking water or any kind of assistance. Overall experience was worst

I love the place and its surroundings, very old fashioned buildings. Rooms are good, a bit small but cozy, attached bathrooms are also good and clean, they are not providing soaps or other small things for the washroom except towels. The small breakfast is sufficient.

Disappointed by recent stay at marquito's guest house i've been a guest at marquito's guest house on a few occasions previously, and always had a fantastic stay. The cleanliness was a major reason i kept coming back. However, my most recent stay was incredibly disappointing. Upon arrival, i was shown to an unacceptably dirty room. The duvet on the bed was filthy, the bedsheets had stains, and one of the pillows had a strong mold odor. It was so bad that i had to stuff it in the cupboard to keep the smell contained. This was a complete turn-off, especially considering my past positive experiences. I recommend marquito's address this cleanliness issue to ensure it doesn't happen to other guests.

Positive - Location is good, arrange bikes for ride, place to do reels, Sufficient water in bathroom. Negatives - Bedsheets and Pillow are not at all clean, Not hygienic

My stay at marquitos guest house was pleasant. This is a compact but a good guest house to satya in panjim.
