Clean rooms, might feel little dated but for the budget it is good enough. I’d highly recommend for a comfortable stay.

The rooms were super clean and really well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful too. The location is great—right near the city center, so everything’s easy to get to. Overall, I had a great stay and would totally recommend this place. Didn’t get a chance to try the food, so can’t say much about that.

Property good, room good, AC very good. Room large and very comfortable. Food average, taste good, but had stomach problem after eating. But two problems: Yesterday night suddenly they told me one coffee of previous day is unpaid. The previous day i cleared food bills no problem was there, suddenly yesterday they said i have to pay an extra coffee. I dont think i had taken that coffee, but i did not want to fight so i paid. Also today checkout, first they said i can stay till morning as my first day checkin was early morning. But then suddenly they said i booked by makemytrip hence my checkout time is afternoon hence i must check out immediately. Incidents like this cast shadow on the hotel’s credibility. Overall nice experience but unpleasant incidents should be avoided. Hotel please look into this.

Had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Best part of it is the location, very central and lot of restaurants around. amEven though the rooms was a bit small in size to our preference, the stay was very peaceful & staff was also extremely courteous.

Worst staff and hotel I have encountered ever through make my trip. The rooms are extremely small and poorly maintained. Bathrooms were dirty, and the basin sink was completely choked. There’s no hot water unless you specifically ask for it, and even then, they just give you an electric rod heater to heat your own bath water – highly unsafe and inconvenient. There were frequent electricity fluctuations during our stay, making it even more uncomfortable. Whenever we asked the staff for anything, they always had some excuse instead of offering real help. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay.

Toilet water was light brown in colour. Hot water available only between 7am and 10am. Room had foul smell. Bathroom towels had a weird odor. Can't rate this hotel higher than a 2 star. Service was poor. I did not try the food. Didn't dare to.

The receptionist was very rude and absolutely not customer friendly I have booked a non AC room the bathroom was smelly and not at all clean the rooms are not as shown in the picture when I complained about it to the receptionist and told him I would check out if this the room they were offering rather than being polite he rudely spoke to me wort booking of all my MMT trips

room is not so specious still service is good could be better... stay is on black out day suffer for quite uneasy

No flexible in cancellation or date change and no cancellation allowed with refund and they blindly have MMT stay enabled . Property owner is rude and very bad.

Rooms were not at all cleaned . Had Stayed for 2 nights in the hotel. Overall experience was not good. Will surely not recommend this hotel to anyone

cockroach smell in elevator. no gizer in the washroom. no maintenance. food is ok. WiFi is open instead of being secured.

This was one of the worst stays. The room provided was completely different from what was shown in the images. Basic facilities were missing—there were no proper charging points, no fan regulator, and overall, the room was in a terrible condition. I had booked a stay with breakfast included, but the hotel denied providing it. When I reached out for support, they were of no help. Their only solution was to book another room at my own cost, which is completely unacceptable. This is a clear case of misleading advertising by both the hotel . The reality of the stay was far from what was promised. I strongly advise others to avoid booking this hotel and to be cautious, as their support is useless when you actually need it. Worst experience ever!

Hi rooms was good but the bathrooms are not clean, need to maintain the proper hygiene and stay was good.

K plus comforts, karwar is a good budget hotel located on the way to karwar railway station, near to sea, district court, siddhivinayak temple, a perfect choice for stay with family.

Booked through mmt. Rooms are neat and barely adequate. But the maintenance is poor. For example there is no intercom/phone, no coffee maker. Reception desk is not manned. After coming in at 12 noon i had to wait for 10 min still no one at the desk. After calling the number someone mysteriously appeared and quickly ushered me to the room. And in my many walks across the reception i hardly found anyone at the desk. The housekeeping is poor. The food plates left outside the room were not attended to even after 14 hours. Generally things, mops, dusters all lying around. The bathrooms could also be improved. There is open car parking outside. Hot water only between 6 and 10 am. No coffee until 7 am. The restaurant downstairs is far more service oriented than the lodge. The food is okay and the waiters are friendly and patient. Food quality is okay. Disappointed with k3 comforts upkeep.
