It is an extremely homely place: safe, comfortable and friendly. Do not expect the amenities of a hotel, but it is a very good guest house.

Breakfast was good location is very good amenities and services available are value for money for a guest house

Excellent stay. Very good location in south kolkata. Well maintained. Staff is very helpful. Running hot water in bathroom. Complimentary breakfast. To sum-up a good stay.

I had booked my room and after reaching the location the hotel was not opening the main door even no one was responding on call aswell. I have waited there for 2 hours after that someone came out from the window and mentioned you dont have the booking. I tried calling mm t team but such a worst service provided by mm t team after 3 days of my stay i got a call from mm t team that we are giving you the voucher of 600 rs.

After 10 pm entry not allowed, mentioned 24 hour food facility but not available self kitchen. Disturbing by staff at late night. Breakfast including booking is very valuable, only 2 toast provided with tea. Parking is own risk on the road. Over-all total wastage of money, feel stressed.

Terrible experience, worst facility. Charged for early check-in even rooms are available. These hotels should not be in mm t list.

The photos were very different than actual. Breakfast was just a toast and tea, no option for vegetarian at al. The blankets were stinking and had a foul smell. had to ask for fresh bedsheets. no lake view as mentioned on pictures. Warmth is missing, asked for 1 hour late check-out as our flight is delayed was told about charges and wasn't hospitable. The bedsheets were stained and the pillows had a smell. Couldn't sleep due to this. Breakfast was a disappointment. I have to order again to eat something. Asked for extra cup of tea as the tea was full of sugar, i was informed about the charges.

Guest House is not Worth the money they charged

Poor sanitation, bad upholstery, food only bread and butter available not at all matching our expectations overall a bad experience

There was no food available. Toilets were extremely poor, dirty and small.

The ac is old fashioned and makes too much noise. Rest of the things are fine. Staff cooperative.
