A Good Hotel
Its a good property, staff is very courteous & food is good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I stayed for 2 days felt like home.

Great service and helpful front desk team, after checkout also team kept our baggage while we visited US consulate which made us helpful.

This place is excellent to stay at and the buffet is good. It has plenty of options. The US biometric centre is very nearby. Overall it is a nice stay.

Average stay in a new hotel but could improv
the hotel is new and still under updation. the rooms are good but the staff need more training. we were two persons and booked two separate rooms but one room with twin bed was provided with study desk and other room was not provided. while the category of the rooms were same, the facilities were different and as a result for working professionals , it's a challenge. Breakfast on first day was at 5th floor which was just average with terrible service whereas on second day it was on Mezzanine floor which is much better. Looks like they are developing. Single lift for passenger is slow. Checkout is at 10 am.

Never stay in Mango hill Chennai
The room was a suite after paying for two days. There were cockroaches everywhere, the toilets were not cleaned by room service, dirty smell lingered in the room from toilet and curtains and terrible breakfast. Unresponsive staff.

Average Stay
The Hotel had visible signs of a lack of cleanliness and maintenance. Room service was unresponsive at times, they picked up the phone after calling them several times. The washbasins were not clogged, but there was difficulty in water flow, I felt the same with the closet too. The food was exceptional. It was tasty and well-cooked. The bar is also good, the staff there were exceptionally polite, and service minded.

Terrible Stay
Very bad and ignorant hospitality. Housekeeping service is so poor. Front desk manager is ridiculous and ignorance of every request. Once call for any help, never turn up before 1 hour. Extremely bad experience. Should be removed from makemytrip list and also from other sources.
