I stayed at FabExpress Karuna Regent for two days this week, and unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. 1. False Promises & Misleading Information When I asked about the early complimentary check-in that was mentioned in makemytrip, the front desk guy simply said: “Sorry sir, that offer is not provided from our end. It’s a MakeMyTrip offer, you just ask them. That offer is not available.” This was very disappointing because I trusted FabHotels’ listing, not an excuse pushing the responsibility elsewhere. 2. No Bedsheet Provided at Check-in At check-in, there was no bedsheet on the bed. When I asked, the front desk again told me: “Sir, it’s in the laundry, just wait for 3–4 hours.” I had no choice but to wait. Finally, after 5 hours, I received it, but even then, the cloth quality was very poor. 3. Poor Room Condition & Cleanliness The overall room condition was far from “business class” as advertised: The bed was old, uncomfortable, and unhygienic. The pillow was dirty and had fungus (I have attached photos). The fan was full of dust, clearly not cleaned for months. The bathroom was in terrible condition: the shower was dirty, rusted, and unhealthy to use. The floor was also in very poor shape. 4. Hygiene Concerns Almost everything inside the room gave a feeling of neglect and uncleanliness. For a property listed under FabHotels, this was shocking and unacceptable. 5. Only Positive Point The location is calm and peaceful, and the AC worked fine. But beyond that, everything else was below standard. Overall Impression I have stayed in FabHotels in Bangalore and Delhi before and had good experiences. But this property should not even be listed under FabHotels. It damages the trust that customers place in the Fab brand. From the false promises to the unhygienic room, this was a completely disappointing stay.

Terrible Stay
Tiny old room with full of cockroaches and bedsheets are not washed. Jet spray in Bathroom are not working. It was a horrible experience and terrible room I see in my life. Not worth Utter waste room.

Not Worth the money

Stayed here for couple of days. There were neither toiletries nor towel provided despite repeated ask. The front desk just busy on the phone For the same budget there are lot much of better stays nearby
