No food, no new water bottle dirty room and bathroom the path to our room is 1 feet gap only. Ac cooling very worst

This is worst hotel in my life i have ever seen no heater in the room no clainliness in the room no proper entry in the room no even bed sheets provided for covering due to coldness of ac very worst lodge for staying with family, money paid is worthless, we never knew that mmt will add such worst room in there list of hotels. Overall this is the worst experience of the hotels i have ever had in my life with mmt

First of all I had no other choice rather than staying in that hotel since it was very late 3 am, I have the pictures of the room I stayed, the moment I entered I couldn't bear the stench from that place, the floor was dirty with hair, insects running all over the room. The bathroom was not clean.

Receptionist avoided early check-in, in spite of confirming it over the phone a couple of days before. Bad service and arrogant behaviour by staff. Not recommended for family stay.

The room lacked proper ventilation. Though the amenities were appropriate, lack of ventilation made it hot though the temperature outside was cool.

I will not recommend this hotel for family members.

My overall experience is OK. Their service is good. Especially the service boy and room cleaning are very helpful. But in our room we don't have hot water facility and Western toilet water pipe is not working. Just for one night so we adjusted it. Need to improve few things.
