Sampath Residency

I recently stayed at Sampath Residency in Palani and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the stay relaxing. The location is excellent, very close to the temple and easily accessible from main parts of the town. The facilities are decent, covering the needs of most travelers. Considering the comfort and convenience, it also offers good value for money, which makes it a reliable option for visitors. Overall, I would rate Sampath Residency 4 stars. A comfortable and budget-friendly stay in Palani.

Room and toilet smelly.. Smallest size of room.

Room is very dirty and ground is lot of dust and rooms in must clean but i like hot water available for 24 hrs is very excited but room is not cleaned

Steyed in a 3 person single room. Room is very small and no enough space. Blankets provided are old. Overall an average experience for us.

Cost is good for three adult and one children nearly 1500 cost for non ac room. But bath room and room is not looking good and they need to improve cleaning side.

Toilet is only average, toilet health faucet is not working

It's good on a budget.. It's just a walkable distance to the Temple. Also it is surrounded by a good restaurant. Overall it's good for the Temple visit people.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Avoid This Hotel! I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The room was in terrible condition — dirty, poorly maintained, and definitely not worth the price. The toilet was unhygienic and smelled bad. Worse still, due to the rain, water was leaking into the lobby area, making it slippery and dangerous. It’s clear that the hotel is not prepared to handle even basic weather conditions. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and look for a cleaner, better-maintained hotel elsewhere.

It was good experience at palani. Residence is v near by temple square. Walkable distance. Location is good. But public vehicle is not near by . People are friendly speak in hindi also. People near by r v friendly also speak in English, hindi. Near by many hotels, v good food. Devine experience.

Room is not clean, Toilet smells bad alot. Toilet flush not working properly, more mosquitoes.

It seemed like the room hadn’t been cleaned in years. It smelled like I couldn't explain, and the bathroom was even worse.

even after informing about early check-in to the reception lady. they denied early check-in and later allowed after facing significant hardship and conversation

No proper ventilation for non Ac rooms. AC rooms was showing in MMT but hotel person is not accepting.

Room was not to the remark. It's very congusted and even the bathroom was not clean,no hanger nor a soap stand was available. normal charge of the room is only 1000 rs perday
