Excellent Stay
Swagath Grande is a good property right on the main road, easily accessible to other places. Rooms are very good and customer service is also much better. They have a simple South Indian breakfast buffet. Good car parking in front of the hotel. Well maintained rooms and washrooms. Checkin and checkout process was also very easy and prompt.

Excellent Stay
The location was perfect for my work as it is very close to the bus stand. The room was comfortable and well worth the price. The food was also very delicious. Overall, I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent Stay
Budget friendly hotel with elegant rooms and delightful restaurant. Location is a plus point. Spacious and safe car parking. Excellent customer service and hassle-free checkin process. Highly recommended for staying family.

Good Stay
Hotel was very good. we were touring on bike and it was a night stop for us and it was very nice. Staffs were friendly, restaurant food was good and at a decent price. Breakfast was good too. Recommend if you are travelling and need to stop for a night to get some rest and start fresh once again. Okay, could be better.
Rooms are of slightly small size and very dim lit, the paints are coming off. Everything works though, lights, TV , AC. Washroom taps and all are neat, working Basic toiletries were provided. 95₹ for a bottle of 650ml Pepsi was surprising. the food from hotel was good, fresh, good portion too. What the hotel lacks in its maintenance is really compensated by the staff behaviour and response time, they were Professional. the hotel also have a little parking space. the whole check-in, checkout was very seamless.

Worst experience
Initial discussion itself started with a confusion about breakfast being included or not. I have booked the room with breakfast included but the staff kept refusing and finally agreed after showing the booking. Seems like he didn’t check properly. Issues: 1. No towels 2. Room was not clean 3. Couldnt sleep due to bed bugs 4. Food was below average 5. Delay in getting a omelette for 30 minutes during buffet breakfast 6. No parking space and has to park outside 7. Room was so tidy 8. No luggage service during check-in process I’ve already provided
