Rooms are decent landline not working breakfast booked but they have not provided when we raised he shouted on his employee only nothing happened.

Check-in was smooth, no hassle. But the sheets and pillow were stained, could see yellow stains on the sheet. Toilet was smelly, and found a big cockroach there too. The towels that were provided were literally grey. The fan was also noisy. Since I stayed only for a night I didn't complain. Only advantage is its proximity to the railway and bus stations. Stay if you don't have any other option.

Hotel was in good location. Hotel was decent.Basic amenities provided and all were functioning. Cons: Food is not available.need to travel for food. Bar attached to hotel.

Hotel authorities are giving wrong promises. We checked in at about 10.15 pm and requested for tea, with an agreement to get it adjusted in next day breakfast, as the hotel will serve breakfast only after 8.30 am (at the time of check in they said the breakfast will be served at 7.30 am). .We had to catch train at 8.45 am on 20th. So the breakfast was not served . We checked out after payment of rs. 60 ( complimentary tea). We used to travel widely. It's unfortunate here in tamilnadu

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.

Property has an attached bar, so did not taste the food in bar. Coffee was served and it was good. Toilet and bathing area was very neat Room was neat Bedding and pillows was neat Hallway to room was neat Staff were friendly

It was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and the staff was satisfactory.

Worst stay I have ever seen in my last 11 years of marketing experience.... Spend 2600+ but I got this type of deluxe AC room, if your are richest won't consider freshness, cleaness take this hotel otherwise you need hygienic room please avoid this.... For my humble request

This hotel had an average dining restaurant, attached to a bar, which some may not prefer! There is a balaji bhavan restaurant within 10 minutes of walking or 3 streets away though! The rooms were of average size with no triple bed option available! The TV was large, the AC was functional! However, the remote for the AC did not come with a battery and we had to get it from the reception, the telephone broke as soon as we touched it! The bedsheets were dirty, the floor was not clean when we entered! The bathroom pipes were really old! Even basic necessities like a towel stand and glass tumblers were not there! Do not recommend this hotel unless, no other better option is available!

We were stayed non ac room , there fan is too slow and some irritate smell is came in that room , bed covers were damaged , cupboards are not clean etc

Cockroach in the bathroom, toilet seat broken, no hot water. Only advantage nearby railway station.

Even though the building looks older,the rooms are great and service was also good.

Definitely one of the best hotels that I've stayed at in India over the past 6 months. The room was tops. Everything was in good order .

Not a satisfied stay in the hotel. I can't expect this from the hotel because there is not much of facility available like no charging point, kettle, shower towel, bathroom kit etc. Not worth for money in this price range.

Had opted for flex i check in option, had to argue that i have opted for flex i checkin option and i new needed the room from 8am, but the guy in the reception was rude, water bottle which is 20rs is being sold for 30rs. It's a good stay for a quick refresh but not at the cost of 1. 5k. No
