no trained reception staff, Poor coordior lighting, unclean redt room, Not recommendable

in the room one table is present on which two wheels are not there means that are broken, in washroom toiletries are not there towel is not present and on bed there is no blanket the bed sheet I am not that much clean I found when cockroach in the basin mineral water was not present in the room as mention on the invoice or the bill only one water can has been kept in the lobby so from where we can feel our bottle one chair was present in the room on which there was one crack I saw so it was not safe to sit on it if it Brooks it will be

sir i have booked two double ros for 4 gusts, from 21'-22.09-25. we are checkin at 2am of 22.09.25. the manager told me to checkout 10am on 22-09-25. is there any rules to booking online rooms is from 10am to 10amof next day. secondly i booked tow double rooms for four adult, but the manager told your convern booked one double room and one single room. why this was happed. we are feel very difficult position. how can we belive your concern in future.

No clean clothes and I upset 😔 in than check in and check out rules, no properly inform in the hotel reception for the check in and check out. It's not mentioned in the booking PDF proof. It's very worst in my experience in the hotel booking

worst cleaning , No lift 4th floor,No service, bed in very bad condition ,

overall it's average. it's not good nor bad but ok. first they given one room where honey bees are roaming in the room and immediately they changed the room after I complained which looks quite better. wash room door is not closing which is ok for solo but if multiple ppl travelled it's not good. hotel owner is very polite and have helping nature.

very worst ambience, cockroach and mosquitoes disturbing my complete night sleep, toilet in worst condition. My advice and request not to suggest such hotel in future.

Rooms are not clean. Bedsheets and beds are not maintained and washed. Toilet is not clean.

It was a wonderful experience and the room and service were excellent. For the price it was a good package.

Very bad services. Not even a toilet soap was available in the rooms. Bedsheets were old and torn. Behavior of the manager was rude and non-cooperative.

Reached hotel on 19/02/2024 early morning 5am but hotel denied check in stating they are not aware of booking had to wait for more than 45 minutes 1. Mosquitos in room 2. Unwashed stinky bedding 3. No water in toilet 4. Room was not having proper ventilation nor ac 5. Hotel denied gst bill stating they don't provide bill 6. Hotel staff very harsh, threw the room keys, not guided how to reach the room asked me to check and occupy myself

Very very worst hotel, very old hotel, there is no lift in this hotel, and we stayed in 4th floor, and we carried our luggage by our own to the 4th floor, very bad smell over all the hotel, bed and pillows are very stinky smell

i stayed for 9 days those days are hard to stay the room and atmosphere is not good there is no proper ventilation the people are good at helping us 😊

Hotel is near to tasmac bar. Rooms are tidy and not clean. No hot water facility. Not good to stay with family. Carried hot water from 2nd floor to 3rd floor for bath for 5 persons. Upon request only they provided 3 pillow and bed spread
