We stayed for 3 nights, they upgraded us to premier room with 2 bathrooms. Room was good and clean. Staff was friendly and professional but service could be faster. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The location is inconvenient for easy accessing. Due to diwali all roads were blocked or crowded. The rooms are poor in maintenance. The staff were making loud noise at midnight and had to call reception to complain. Not recommended

familySolar water heating system installed in the hotel does not to seem to function effectively in-spite of the normal outside temperature for heating the water. Request for proper maintenance of the system enabling the occupants to avail the facility without hinderance. Rest all is fine.

They will cost extra money for extra person saying that water is got from outside. I can't get the idea Single person 300 Double person 700 3 person 1000 But extra person 300 Poor management skills No towels and bedsheets we're given. No WiFi. Service keeper didn't show for 30min. If you ring to reception they said only one service boy for whole hotel
