Bad experience
The hotel was located very far from the panjim City Around 10 km. The room is non ac but there is no air cooler provided by the hotel no proper ventilation in room, very hot inside. Not allowing the early check-in.

Hi Mr. Rohit sorry to hear that you had a bad experience due to humid weather, the room which you had booked is a low budget non a/c room which has a big window as the uploaded room pictures online clearly show the window. We are sorry to inform you that we cannot allow early check in when the room is already occupied by the other guest if the guest checks out early than we always welcome our guest to have early check in. Beach is 4 km away, Goa tourism cruise is just 3 km away old Goa church which is worldwide famous 9 km away, Airport 9 km, 5 star property Grand heat 5 km, strike casino 5 km. Good location between Panjim and Vasco da Gama
It haven't restaurant, but service is good and cleanses is very good, it's have a owen swimming pool.

Not a worth to stay
No water to drink no one was available to help you out. If you came late they lock the main gate than call and wait to open very poor service. No one ask for anything what you want what you don't in short not recommended
