Nice stay for a night, clean rooms, location is nice with road leading to candolim main street. Budget friendly.

I had a wonderful experience living at saikunj apartments. The property is well-maintained with modern amenities and a welcoming community atmosphere. Average stay but only for bachelor’s not suitable for couples. Not a great ambience if you are couple and want to enjoy book some resort

Excellent property to stay at, prime location, with beaches nearby, good restaurants nearby, the hosts mr and mars raikar, very nice people, down to earth and very sweet people to have around, special mention about the housekeeping staff, always there to help, am coming again for sure, the plus point is the rooms, big and cosy rooms, much better than a 5star rated hotel

Low network coverage even though the location was very nearer to the main road. The ambience was good for a family stay.

Overall, we had a great experience with the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was clean, and perfect to celebrate a weekend. The staff at this property are all great! they all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Homely feel was constant. Near candolim beach and very close proximity to cafes, supermarket and hotels. We enjoyed monsoon goa! candolim is the centre point of the north goa which easy to access and enjoy every point. Wi-fi connectivity was difficult to connect at times. The location is fabulous. Would definitely recommend this stay to everybody!

Nice hospitality. Nice room' clean separate apartment. No disturbance from owner. Caretaker was very supportive. Food n pool not available. You can order food from connected restaurant to this hotel. This place is in north goa. Calguate, bagha, candolim, siqureium beach, coco beach, miramar beach, teetos beach all places are near about 4 km are. Nice market, restaurant hotel available. All i can say if you live like home you can choose this. My experience was very nice.

Owner was too harsh. He literally did not allow us inside. After requesting for an hour he let us inside. He gave us a smaller room. We had booked for bigger room. Since it was midnight we could not go anywhere. So we had to accept whatever he gave

Property is very well kept and owner is very warm. Can be booked for stay with family. Very close to beaches.

Average hotel to stay. Owner stays on the ground floor with constant watch which is good at times. Allowed to extend the check out by an hour as we wanted to have breakfast and then check out. Network coverage is an issue, no proper network. WiFi is available but it was spotty worked in patches. Narrow lane to reach the property and will be an issue if you have a SUV

The property is situated where it should be. 200 meters away from fish-man cove and hotel lo-men tree which would be the landmark. Spacious 1bhk apartment enough for even a group of 8 people, nicely nestled and peaceful. Good water supply and electricity backup. The property owners are sweet and treat you with respect.

We checked in late but it was a nice experience.

No food available even not a tea maker is in the room, owner must put gas or electric gas after all it is home stay no homely food available,
