I had a very pleasant stay at the flat. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, spacious, and with a really nice ambience. The view from the flat was also beautiful and added to the overall experience. The caretaker was very helpful and made sure that any basic needs or requests were taken care of promptly, which made the stay even more comfortable. The only drawback I noticed was the presence of a few cockroaches in the kitchen. Apart from that, everything about the flat was really good, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Worst even homestay that I have ever stayed. This place looks like hour basis rooms where nothing is maintained. I don’t think the bed bedsheets are also changed. The owner is running it just to earn money and doesn’t care of the people or service. There are cockroach in the kitchen drawer, behind the fridge and they roam around the flat.

It was a decent stay. However if there was a washing machine and microwave it would have been a complete experience and there are mosiquoto due to the area and filth outside and no provision is provided for that but not that bad if you want a decent apartment stay

Had a pleasant and secure stay at omkar vive. Pros: it was a nice flat and the amenities like the utensils, crockery, toiletries etc were top notch. There is a washing machine too and that's a plus for anyone who travels light. There is a partition in this studio apartment due to which you can have a separate bedroom space. We were a group of 3 and i used the futon/sofa cum bed. One of the acs wasn't working, but the other ac was very good and together with the fans, we didn't have a problem. Cons: i wasn't very happy with the filth in the locality with waste being dumped all around the apartment spaces due to which you cannot open the windows even for a minute. 2) due to the same filth, there were mosquitos too that make their way in even if all the doors and windows are closed. 3) the sofa cum bed isn't very clean, the storage space in it is very dirty and the extra blanket had stains in it, which is the only complaint i really had with the flat.

Beautiful room, easy check in and check out, everything available in room, no disturbance, just like 4 star category facilities
