The staff's behaviour is very bad,No Hot water in bathroom,Very bad smell in the room,No room service,Over all no one to be suggested

There was seepage smell in the whole property. Room was very small. Bathroom was too too much small even to take a bath properly. Bedsheets and towels were not in good condition. No handwash just single soap for everything.

No food good service need to improve on space also it was difficult to find while moving from station to hotel

The rooms were clean. The staff was cooperative and helpful. The area and surroundings were also good safe at night.

It was comfortable stay, staff was very polite and helpful, room was clean and neat. I was late on arrival at property so manager allowed me to stay 2 hours extra beyond check out time. Thank you

WiFi service dint work and as you enter the property you won’t get proper network. Little difficult to find the hotel. Room was good and well maintained.Not too big.

The room was too small, even after 3 people mentioned in the booking he didn't give a suitable room for 3 persons denying that you have booked a deluxe room after that he was not even ready for an extra mattress for one person which he wasn't ready for. The room was too too small not even 50ft.

The room is good. But the heater is not working. However, they provided a hot water bucket. It's good but felt a little bit inconvenient.

Good thing : immediately provided the room, friendly nature, cool n com place. Things was not happy: no ventilation in the rooms, service was very poor where struggling to get hot water for drinking was reputedly asking to get one glass of water, the bathroom water exit was blocked n the water was not floating. And getting tee n all if u ask they will supply when they feel to give not when we feel to have.
