Loved the room it was clean, looked nice, smelled nice, had all the things one needed. I wasn't able to understand the term common shower , so like they had no attached washroom which was like a fault at my end but the common showers were not mens and womens they were one so sometimes i found men which was not nice

Ac remote not working properly. Sad to have no rooms with attached bathrooms. Cleanliness of sheets etc could improve.

Poor Stay
It was more like staying in a lodge, very dirty surroundings inside the hotel, rooms had noise from all around, worn out bed sheets, dogs sitting on hotel stairs. Wanted to stay for 3 days, but changed the hotel in 1 night. Was here 5 years back, used to be a nice place, but not anymore.

Excellent Stay
It was a pleasant stay...we came by June 2025, monsoon was to arrive early...but we experienced that feel too early. It was a comfortable stay..also wanna say abt Raju Chettan, our caretaker from Carlton.

Terrible Stay
The room was very stuffy. Ac was not on, no sleep the whole night! there were no attached toilets. Was sharing the common loo with some blue collared staff. The location perhaps the only saving grace. Overall, very disappointing the place has so much potential, owing to its location.

Good Stay
It was a nice single room for the cost. I had a pleasant stay. The tables and chairs on the first floor balcony overlooking the street are nice. As long as you're fine with shared bath rooms it is a nice place and cost effective. The ac also was working, etc.

Terrible Stay
Rooms were small. No attached washroom. Washroom. Was common. Bedsheets untidy. Hotel on second floor and no lift so not fit for elderly people or if u have luggage. Located walking distance from gateway of india. Overall i would not recommend

Think before you book a room
soloSurprised to know that the room I stayed did not have attached bathroom/ toilet. I had to pay Rs 900 extra to get attach bathroom/ toilet. Pillow is torn and toilet exhaust fan making loud noise. It’s ok for a business traveller as the location is prime, but may not be worth for family or tourists…
