It's 2 bhk spacious flat with required amenities for short stay or long vacation Staff and caretaker available and tk provide scooty rental
Average Stay
Pros: the flat was comfortable with all equipment in working condition. It was very neat and clean cons: 1. The view was not good. It was in an area where construction is going on 2. We had to request the staff to come and do the cleaning although they took an extra charge of 800 for the cleaning 3. We said that we will vacate the flat by 10:30 am. The owner agreed, but the staff came there, kept standing until we vacate. I get that gesture a bit disrespectful. 4. The lift stops and the alarm of the lift isn't working. If you are not carrying a mobile phone, no one will come to know that you are stuck. It happened with me twice!

IT is glad to see your review that you liked our flat and was comfortable for your stay thats why u extended your stay another 4 days. Few points to clarify. During stay of 6days. our staff provided alternate day cleaning . AS PER Camera footage u checked out by 11 am, crossed 1 hour from actual check out time. definitely our staff need to wait and get ready the flat for our next booking we ask guest to follow check out timing to help to get ready unit timely for next booking however we are flexible but you have taken granted for 1 hour so our staff was waiting for your check out. Lift operates only when there is main light electricity and it will open the door to nearest floor.

Fabulous stay overall worth visiting
Enriching experience staying at 2 bhk flat near holi ganga. About 10 to 15 min walking distance this place close to everything. Supporting staff was helpful. Host was able to resolve concern during stay.

Ideal place to stay with family
Ideal location away from main road. Apartment and amenities as mentioned in the adv. Safe for family and group of 6 to 7 members can fit. Its a steal deal at the price.

Terrible stay-super terrible host
familyI stayed here with my parents, my wife and our 8 month old. Firstly the access road to the property is very pathetic and is not at all mentioned anywhere nor did the host told us about this. You will not find any autos to come to pick u up there. Secondly, the house was not cleaned properly even after they charge additional 800 for cleaning, the door handles, taps were broken. The description says it has washing machine and it was not there. And thirdly, the host is very mannerless, rude and used abusive language. The checkout time was 10. 00 am but we requested him for a checkout at 11. 00 am one day before our checkout, and the host just did not listen, abused us and threatened us to leave at 10. 00 otherwise he will throw us out of the house. Explaining this in a very short manner, but the way he talked to us just could not be mentioned here. Make sure not to stay here. One of our worst experiences with the host and also with the property. Just don't waste your money here.

U book stay 1 day and want to cover all Rishikesh attractions including river rafting which is not possible . At the time of check out morning, u planning for river rafting which could take 4 hours or more door to door. It means u had planning to return back by 1 or 2 pm . When we discussed we asked you check out on time and plan river rafting post check out .u did not like this change in your plan and u hold this discussion as mannerless when u reluctant to check out and still plan to go river rafting during check out time. Sorry we can not allow 3 hours late check out to please one guest and to trouble our next guest for late check in. Regarding location it’s Tapovan and Geographical its hills area . U need to have habit of walking . Cab or taxi or car can reach till property but auto will drop you till main road . Washing machine is available in balcony . Same was informed to your father . Though we kept it for personal use and for long stay guests . Though u are free to use but to my surprise . U come here to wash your clothes or explore city in just a day booking . Future guest pls note we always recommend not to plan river rafting or any activity during check out time . In Rishikesh traffic u never now when u will return due to huge traffic jam so pls plan free of mind any thing post check out specially when U just stay for one night stay . Kindly book your stay at least for two nights anywhere u book , specially when u come with family , old parents and kids. It will give them relaxed holiday that’s my personal option .

Dear guest 800 ra is for cleaning charges as mentioned on mmt before u make payment and book it but u avoiding to make payment until your wife insisted you to pay. Rest we provided all amenities as mentioned in the booking and at the time of check in no issue raised . Problem happen at the time of check out Which is. 10 am but you want to go for rafting and return back in 3 4 hours which also not sure. We can not allow u that late check out as we had next booking . This message is for future guest . We advice all guests not to plan any activity at the of check out or just before check out . Kindly check out and do your day planning accordingly. Rafting takes 4 to 5 hours DOOR TO DOOR.
Beautiful home stay
Interior furniture kitchen with terrace view simply amazing. Very well thoughtful designed and appreciate owner to hear guests voice and provide all recommendations. We decided to book our return stay at this beautiful home stay.

The location of the apartment is very good. Furnitures are nice and very fonctionnal, except the washing machine that was not available.
