Ambience wise the place is good, poor management, unprofessional staff, lack of essential supplies in room. Lack of hot water supply, overpriced and charmless. Look for a better alternative, this place is just bad.

The rooms were neat and tidy. Premises are neat. 5km from puthencruz food related- you may have to tell your order early to avoid delay. The delay is within half an hour (it's really not a delay but really the time to prepare the food)
