Service was outstanding and the environment was calm and the place had a welcoming vibe.

Location not good, room was not clean, tv not working, most important: toilet flesh didn't work despite reporting to hotel staff. A big disappointment. No bucket or mug in the wash room

Ok. Improvement can be seen in communication with clients. Also, awareness is missing from the hotel side to guide outside visitors

The property has lifts which is good. Checkin was smooth. But the room was not clean and dirty bed sheets were provided. The washroom was okish. There is metro construction going on infront of property blocking the road and you have to walk about 100-200m after the vehicle drops you

Poor toilet with broken wash basin dirty mat no towel given ( had to request it) no shampoo even though i had to requesr for hand soap lift system is very poor
