Overall experience at stay was good but i just want to highlight few points which already mail to MakeMyTrip and no response was done.

They was super awesome, cozy and into the nature. Home is build in middle of tea estates and mornings are just heart warming. The food they serve us above upto the marks in terms of taste and surprisingly it's very pocket Friendly. I really recommend to visit this home stay in your next Vagamon trip.

The stay was ok there, was no hot water for to days, breakfast options were very limited, the location was not accessible by regular vehicles and was needed to exchange cars which was not convenient.

We stayed for two days at le croquet with family. The property is in the midst of tea plantation and looks picturesque. Wifi was not available and it was informed that due to the thunderstorm wifi connections don't work long so they don't provide any. Tv was not working one day. It was showing not recharged but the caretaker told that it was recharged. They resolved it by the next day. The most important part of the travel is the road to the property. The property was located 3-4 km off road from chottupara junction. We were informed that road was kutcha. But actually there was no road at all. If you need to travel to this property, it's better you opt for a jeep or suv. The cottage is pricey but i think it was due to the christmas -new year holidays. For toiletries, only soap was provided. We had breakfast and dinner from le criquet. They have a limited menu of ala-carte that you can choose from. The food was delicious. We had a birthday celebration and they graciously helped in arranging the cake. The service was warm and helpful. Thanks to mr vineesh and his other aides for all the help. The condition of the road is extremely bad the stay was good and the staff was cooperative there was no wifi even though it was mentioned

Amazing trip for almost 2 days at vagamon. W reached around 10pm here and came to know that our car won't make to the place but alex (driver) of the facility was very helpful, he came down with his pajero (suv car) to pick up. Next day, completely we spent in the facility, it is surrounded by tea farms and greenry. Views are just amazing, cloud came down, it was raining heavily. Mukesh assisted with some food, it was good and expected as per the place. But number of options were very less. Overall staff was good and place was very well mainatined. Only thing which disappointed me, they are charged for groceries, petrol perice (to being groceries ), gas/stove charges and on top of that the actual menu cost which was very weird. Noone does that. But eventually, we did not want to spoil our trip so we moved on and paid.
