The stay at monticle glamps was an excellent one. The food was also good. The facilities like indoor games could be improved. The location was fantastic, but the approach road was not so good ( not a fault of the resort☺️)

Excellent Stay
The staff are the best part of Monticle Glamps Vagamon. We stayed for three nights in the Jacuzzi Glamp. Gauri and Anju were top notch in caring for our well being. They made us feel so comfortable throughout our stay. Ginson was very helpful - took us for a scenic trek atop the hill nearby. Chef Arun was class apart in customising to our taste. We were stuffing ourselves so much that we made them run out of stock on Karimeen. Had fun at the pool. Our glamp had jacuzzi and a hammock as well (nice experience). The team gave me a sweet surprise with a birthday cake as well. Everyone was taking a lot of effort to make us feel at home throughout our stay. Weather spared us on our first day that we enjoyed the campfire. Staff and food at Monticle Glamps are 11/10. I would highly recommend for family or couples. Last to mention is the serene environment and breathtaking scenery just outside our glamp. One of the most memorable trips our family has had.

Good staff..,special kudos to Unnikrishnan. However,the property is overpriced for the facilities/amenities. The approach road is bad with not v clear directions.

Stay and the view was excellent but quality of the food needs to be improved . Expected much more activities for the amount we payed for.

Great glamping experience, few callouts
coupleMy first glamping experience, and couldn’t have asked for a better one. The glamps were great quality, the washrooms in the glamps were excellently maintained, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Views were great, our stay was very comfortable. Menu at the restaurant was limited but whatever food they served was prepared very well and never kept us wanting. We happened to stay during new year’s eve, and the staff organised an intimate dinner with live music (flute, saxophone and synth, playing lovely 90s tunes. It was very thoughtful and well done. Callouts: approach road for 300 metres just before the glamp’s entrance is extremely bad, basically just mud and stones on the side of the hill- so if you’re booking a vehicle instead of driving your own, better to book an suv. Also, they have begun construction for some glamps on one side of the hill so during the day time there’s construction nice + workers can look into the deck of the glamp. The jacuzzi is inflatable, so the water pressure is weak, and the water isn’t too hot, but you’ll find little to complain when you’re staring at mountains while soaking in water. Also, staff org-anise a bonfire in the evening which would have been lovely if not for the loud party music accompanying the bonfire (little too loud to be playing in the midst of quiet mountains.

family with 3 kidsProperty location is very good. Approach road condition is very bad. Food expectations were not met. Menu spread is a little restricted. Pool is small but sufficient. Staffs are very friendly and cordial.

Wonderful new year 2025
familyTo our surprise the new year programme was arranged with amazing arrangements and great food. There was a live instrumental concert till midnight, fireworks and campfire in spite of the number of guests were less than 12. Hats off to the management. Regarding vagomon, it is a wonderful place to visit in all seasons. The place has many attractions and you need at least 3 days to cover all. The adventure park has many attractions like glass bridge, paragliding etc and all are safe. I was surprised to know that the paragliding at vagamon is there for 20 years. If you add other nearby places in idukki you need at least 10 days to cover it peacefully.

Excellent property. Nice and peaceful ambience. Good food. Well maintained pool. A warm jacuzzi. Only difficulty we had was to identify the property. Only few sign boards. Very nice treatment by the staff. Enjoyed the stay very much.
