The owner is very kind and the rooms are good and hygienic.the room is near to the Calangute beach and near to the main road . It was a nice experience in goa . The main thing is the owner also provides rent bikes at low cost . OWNER ♥️

According to the budget it's very costly, there are no amenities, it's just a homestay and the rate is very high. The property is not hygiene and very old.

Ok so home stay was good in la blancha and it was peace. Very near to calangute beach. Ivy retreat was good and also near to market and calangute beach

Stay was horrible i have never seen such unhygienic rooms and there is no hot water facility the geyser was broken. i will recommend not to stay here for anybody.

Nice staying at Guest House and peaceful weather walkable distance to beach. I enjoyed a lot.

This Guest House is looked after by the owner aunty herself. She is very nice and kind. She helps you rent a bike near the Guest House itself and also she helps you get a cab to Airport. She can make these things within 10 mins of your request. Soft-spoken. The room was nice and Worth the money. There's no time restrictions to go out and come in to the room. The ambiance is very homely. But I didn't get hot water for bathing. As it was hot in june. I didn't ask the lady too. No breakfast or food is available here.

No lights and in a dark area. We had to search the way by using phone flash lights.
We were allotted a room in a different guest house than promised. The owner said that all the other rooms were full. The room size was small and pathetic. There were lizards in the bathroom.

Not very great. OK is budget friendly stay.

If you book this by seeing room pick. Then you will be disappointed cos it doesn't look like same and place is haunted. No service at all you have to ask for things again and again. Rude owner. No support. Doesn't stick on their words and changing charges other facilities by every hour day without any reason.
