room was not so clean, not provided complementary water bottle - charged Rs 20 not so good

Uday bhuwan at Belgavi was a very good hotel to stay..Staff is good...hotel is very clean and tidy. Service was good. But there is no lift in the hotel....so reaching 3rd floor for room causes some problem. I am happy with the stay and will continue booking with Make my Trip.

Room service not available, Intercom not working, Online booking also not monitored, because check in they told me room not available.

I recently booked a room at Hotel Uday Bhuvan Belgaon online, expecting a comfortable stay. However, upon arrival, I was surprised to find significant discrepancies between the online description and the experience. It was mentioned hotel but on arrival it was a lodge. The lodge lacked a lift, which posed a challenge for my 75-year-old mother. Despite requests, room allocation was initially inconvenient. Additionally, one room's AC wasn't working, and toiletries were not provided as advertised. Furthermore, mineral water was not readily available, and guests were asked to fetch water from outside. The AC noise also disrupted our sleep. I've already informed MakeMyTrip about these issues. I'm disappointed with the service and expect a resolution.

it was good experience in staying at uday bhyuvan, food was good, staff was also good.

The hotel is situated in a good location and is value for money. The Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. WiFi was fast and easily accessible. The room and the washroom was clean. The only issue was that there was no hot water, it may be because it was raining and the solar may not have heated. Overall the stay was good

Excellent location and food. The only drawbacks are that parking is on the road and hot water comes only in the morning.

The bed had bedbugs,during night there is not hot water facility and during my stay water was not coming in taps after 10pm and no mineral water is provided in room we need to fill water from the water can (non branded)which is kept outside the room and no lift facilities I had to climb 3 floors to reach the room overall it was the worst experience and not value for money

The property is very old and they don’t have lift, it’s not clean . The people there are really good and help you a lot

Good place but please be aware that there are no elevators here. Mm t or seller should mention this as this is a major drawback for senior citizens

The lack of elevator is a big inconvenience. Cleanliness and hygiene is very poor. Found bed bugs in the room. Food served through its restaurant is reasonably priced but again scores poor on hygiene. Staff was helpful. Overall, it is a very bad value for money proposition.

Location is very convenient but parking facility is not available for four wheeler. Restaurant food is very good. They dont provide mineral water, kittle, tea sachets in room. Rooms & toilets are clean and spacious but toilet flushing system is horrible.

Hotel is unhygienic, they even don't provide water bottle and water served in glass, jug. My room glass was not washed properly. Room fan and socket both was not working, they arranged electrician and took almost 2 hrs to repair hot water available only in morning
