I recently booked a room at Hotel Uday Bhuvan Belgaon online, expecting a comfortable stay. However, upon arrival, I was surprised to find significant discrepancies between the online description and the experience. It was mentioned hotel but on arrival it was a lodge.
The lodge lacked a lift, which posed a challenge for my 75-year-old mother. Despite requests, room allocation was initially inconvenient. Additionally, one room's AC wasn't working, and toiletries were not provided as advertised.
Furthermore, mineral water was not readily available, and guests were asked to fetch water from outside.
The AC noise also disrupted our sleep.
I've already informed MakeMyTrip about these issues. I'm disappointed with the service and expect a resolution.
