Good view
A very good view from the hotel and we enjoyed the food of the hotel the surroundings are very good the room size is a bit small.

Dear sir you have booked our hotel for three nights as you know you have stayed two nights and demanded for refund of one day as you were bored with your family it’s well known here is enough to stay for a while upto 1-2 nights even you have enjoyed so much and now you are writing unscessary things sir it’s not good as u have told all staff that you have enjoyed yourself with family and taken all facilities as you like even daily your room was cleaned and provided mineral water soap towels as per our hotel rules always write a truth okay

Good stay. Hotel location is good, parking facility is good. Staff is good. Just some bit repairing and cleanliness required. Price is also bit higher side otherwise we would hv had stayed for longer time.

Hotel location was good but washroom was very dirty and rooms where also not very clean. Food was good. Overall experience was ok. It was not worth of ammount paid for stay. Room size was ok but badsheets and glass in the room was not clean

Dear sir services provided you were totally satisfied and you have enjoyed so much as per your spot review but dear sir the fault of hotel staff was only that you have ordered for pack the breakfast again after taking it once in restaurant the breakfast was provided you as per your choice before opening of our kitchen only our fault is only that staff had not provided 2nd time packed breakfast after you have taken already
No hot water and leaky taps, saved by courteous staff.
We booked two rooms and were travelling with an infant. Both rooms did not have hot water throughout the night. One not have hot water the next day either. It also had a leaky tap. We had to ask for toilet rolls multiple times. The rooms did not shut properly. Windows were made opaque using masking tape. No wifi! positives - they have these wonderful beds that heat up. Allowed for a good sleep. Staff was helpful and courteous.

My electric blanket was not working properly. No water in toilet
no geyser in washroom as the temperature outside is in minus.
They did not have water facility, not even for toiletries. The owner doesn't have provide the material to the staff.

Dear sir electric blankets are working properly and we have told you and briefed you already about the electric blanket that you can set temperature as per your choice and hot water is available from morning 5am onward s daily and which material you wants we don’t know we have already provided toiletries in our rooms mr educator

groupThe hotel is a complete mess. I had to stay at this property as I was not able to get anything else in the region. 1. Rooms stink, bed sheets are not clean. 2. Bathrooms are dirty.
