very worst experience. i booked 2 rooms and paid full. when i reached the hotel, the hotel staff told me the rooms are full and you will get only one room. then after some argument they provided me other room but in the different hotel as i am traveling with family and brother (physically challanged child). very worst experience via make my trip booking.

Owner himself drinking alcohol at main entrance with his friends, and rooms and beds are dirty. I leave the hotel at night with my family and take another hotel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honestly as per the previous rating by previous users, I was assuming this as a below average stay but first of all, we should know why do we need a hotel?? It's because we want to explore patni top and nearby places and hotels is meant for your comfortable rest only. And from that point, it was a great place to stay. The room was nice. The food was very yummy. The staff was very polite and helpful. I had seen in the previous review that the TVs don't work, washrooms are dirty, the bedding is smelly etc. There was nothing like that. All the channels of all genres were there. Everything was working fine. Washroom was spotlessly clean. Beddings were proper except for the mattress of the extra bed which was but hard but manageable as they gave me an extra blanket (although on my demand but prompt action was there)to be put on the mattress so that it becomes bit soft and it actually was. Reason for giving 4 stars only is that the windows panes could be cleaned with a damp cloth as there was dust and the staff could have cleaned the room the next day while we were away in their own or could have themselves ask it. But the point is, they should have cleaned it the next day as our stay was of 2 days. So it's 4 out of 5. I've some pictures too which I'm going to attach. Thanks P.S. During season, paying per room, is a great thing. So keeping the amount you paid. this hotel is worth staying for rest!(Don't think it's a very big property to explore) it's a small hotel and there's anything to explore here. Thanks!

Room is very basic, we hire one room for three persons and one extra mattress and blanket. And we pay 2100 rs. They gave us third mattress only without any bedsheet and a dirty blanket with full of holes. Also make my trip charges 2100 rs and there offline rates are 1200 only. Make my trip describes us that its a home stay. But there is nothing like that. Very bad experience. Although the owner is very helpful and humble.

The hotel staff boys are gossiping and shouting among themselves and tho-rowing the things at night. Our sleeps were disturbed at 2'o clock at night and after that i can't sleep. Very worst experience.

All facility is good wifi is not working in the lower floor and even washroom is not clean. They need to make hotel clean for customer visit. Staff is good.

the hotel 6x6 room being sold as delux room with a valley view…the only view u get is of roadside vendors hacking. the bedding is a century old with food stains all over and the bathroom doesn’t have a proper flush. there are holes in these blankets they have charged for this filthy roomand when confronted about it, the receptionist says, “we dont know what you were expecting, you’ve booked

This hotal is very poor and dirty

Very bad maintained property. Very bad experience. But staff is very cooperative. They have changed my hotel and allotted me a better suite in another property namely green cottages, which is very best. They knows that devdar cottages is in very much bad shape, it needs to be renovation.

4. Comfortable

Worst quality of food. Even the tea was not prepared with the given instructions.

genuinely hotel was good. food was very tasty that i like the most. location is superb overall its good 😊

Average room, tv not working, bathroom water supply not working properly, not electric blanket provided are some issues with devdar cottage

Rent of The place is high in comparison to The place. Things were broken. Not a good place to stay.

It was an ok stay, not so great. The location was good. Only one staff was there to do all The things, cleaning, cooking, etc. Room was small. Food facility was there, but The menu was limited. I would suggest them to hire some professional staff for food service. Only one restaurant was nearby so it will be helpful if they provide good food within The property.

It was a good stay and the service was excellent.

Good service. Decent rate. Value for money
