Hotel Prem Palace

Firstly their was no person for service Secondly In this cold weather we had to use cold water because the geyser was not working and we fed up Third There was no electricity the whole night but it's okay. We did not need electricity at night but our mobile could not be charged in the morning. We had to leave at 7 o'clock but it was 11 o'clock. The power came back around 9:30. Only the mobile could be charged but the geyser did not work.

it was good for family and friends. it's placed about 7km from patnitop.....

The hotel lacks proper cleanliness & hygiene. No proper service. Not good to stay .

Very good and honesty

1st staircase is not comfortable 2nd there is no 4 bedded room, but my booking was 1 two bedded and 1 four bedded, they provided two mattresses on floor on a room 3rd electricity problem, inverter supported one dim light 4th dirty bed sheet pilow and bathroom and floor, lobby etc

In this hotel a great stay, room is well ventilated the view was good, the room are clean, in the heavy rain time they provide food and service, i saw many negative views but this views are of standard kind of rooms, but i have a great stay here, the hotel is outside the patnitop with no traffic here and have a pleasant and calm stay

the hotel manager tried helping so rating is not 1 i.e. terrible, otherwise food quality- too bad, service, can’t believe they don’t provide even room keys to guests, no power backup. horrible chilling winter night spent with kids, would never dare to repeat here.

Worst. No room heater, no geyser. Poor toilets. Horrible staff. Feel like living in a horror show. Matress was dirty. No toiletries. Rooms on third floor. Without lift and staff to drop your luggage. Worst.

It's a very budget friendly and economical stay for those in search of on-highway mid-way stay option at Patnitop. Room, service, location and parking space are all satisfactory. Overall very good value for money when booked through MMT app.

Hotel is good location, nice calm and cool atmosphere. Room boy was very humble and provided superb service. We had two rooms one room was fine but second was not that good. No shower and water heater.
