Need to improve their services
It was shown while in booking that it is in patnitop. It was far away from patnitop about 15 km from patnitop and 8km from kud. Please don’t follow google map for locating this location. It will ask to move via nathatop. You will be in trouble. You have to come back to kud and then travel 8 km to reach your destination. I booked two luxury rooms. Rooms were good. But very smelly there was problem in both rooms toilets emitting bad odour made me sick. Insects inside the room was a big problem. Service was poor. We ordered dinner at 8 pm. But food was delivered at 12 mid at night. Food rates were not mentioned in menu. There is no generator for power supply in case of electricity supply failure. Many people had altercations with staff regarding electricity failure. They need to improve on above things. Overall experience was not good.
