It was a nice experience over here. The staff was very cooperative. The check in procedure was very easy

The hotel is decent but the price of room is little more expensive as per the room. Rooms are fairly clean and equipped with the basic amenities, though not luxurious. Service is satisfactory, and the staff are polite but not very prompt.

Utterly disappointing.The property is very badly maintained and unhygienic. The toilets were filthy , stained. Upholstery of sofa , bed is old and dirty. TV remote doesn't work. We paid which included breakfast but at the reception told thay they don't serve breakfast buffet. It was so bad that we decided not to stay at the property. Very bad experience

I find the property on make my trip.Room was very messy.Food quality is better but the management is poor. The washroom are also messy and dirty

The service was not up to the mark, at 3 o’clk we went for lunch at the dinning hall and they were cleaning the dinning area. We had to wait for lunch, Rooms were stinky.

so many insects inside the room. light problem,they even don't start the dg set or air conditioner,food is good

No air con working. Lunch was very bad. Bedding needs an overhaul as the bathroom. Hotel was under renovation so paint smell throughout the lobby. Parking can be a problem sometimes.

Hotel needs major overhauling / renovation. Not worth for 7.5K per night. Not satisfied with the stay though location is good.

The bathroom was very dirty. Linens and towels were stained with no wifi connection. There was limited power back-up (fan and power point plugs did not work on inverter). AC was also not functional. I paid for 2 nights and 3 days and was not at all value for money.

Hotel staff are so humble and caring even they offer warm food at our arrival @11:30 PM …

Yeah hotel family ke lye perfect hai. Rooms comfortable the, washroom bilkul fresh. Central heating ne raat ko garam rakha. Staff friendly tha, hamesha madad karne ke lye ready. Khana lajawab tha, aur hotel ka decor classy tha.
