Misty pines

Nothing is good here. It is not recommended to anyone, everything is missing, no management of work

The hotel is terrible, food is worst, cleanliness is very bad. Hotel staff is not at all professional, they can walk into your room without consent.

I book at misty pines but the owner did not gave us rooms. I did not have mobile network so couldnt contact customer care. He gave us shabby rooms at another property nearby. It was pathetic. No hygiene at all.

Update phone no. Correctly on website. Breakfast is not included. Bathroom is not good & soap was not given. Cost was too high as according to facilities

I am not getting hot water supply properly due to geiger not working. I am staying for 2 nights but housekeeping has not done. My room bedsheets also do not change.

Average is sufficient for this stay. Only inverter available after power cut, mobile charging is also not possible

Worst experience, no room service, no food quality and too much costly. Extra metress not provided. Never suggest to anyone.

Amenities given were just for name. No indoor games, no bonfire and if opt for room heater it's chargeable. Wifi provided were of different hotel name himalaya view which was limited to 1 person.

The place was good and the property too. Only thing is it is bit inside off the main road

I have to walk 500 mts with all my luggage. Management is poor. Services also bad. Rooms not air tight as rooms were made of time and inside pvc panes. Lots of noise and sound from other rooms.

3. Stay was fine but quality of food provided was not upto mark. Staff was very less and we're not able to provide quick services and we have to remind them again and again for everything

Hotel stay is good rooms are neat but nearby no resturant so we got food from them which is terrible we didn't even had one drop of it. So suggest you only for stay.

Very good property with a great location

1. There was no water for first 6 hours. Later black water came. 2. Insulation of rooms is bad. If someone is walking on top of the room, you can hear footsteps. You can hear people talking from adjacent rooms. 3. There is shortage of staff. 4. No wifi 5. No intercom 6. No parking space 7. No reception area. In short, remove this property from mmt. Washed towels were stained. Need to ask for towels. They were not kept in the room. Manager showed helplessness saying water has not come from the municipality. Not also willing to give mineral water bottles to defuse the situation with few guests. Manager expected guests to drink black water!
