Review Of Krishna Cottage

Property was ok. They had provided blanket and heaters to keep us and rooms warm which was useful. Maintainance person was courteous , polite . However food facility was not available but enough nearby restaurants are there so no issue. It is located nearby main market so accessible and easy to locate when we approach 1 at time. However entrance needs complete revamp. Big Open space / (they call garden ) is facing towards mountain & all rooms are having Mountain View.

Worst experience I had at this property, the washrooms were broke, rooms were having spider webs on the beds and on the wall, the water they were providing was having mud in it, in commodes only hot bolining water was coming from the jet sprays, on complaining the staff didn't take any action

Only staff is very humble and nice, rest is very worst experience as room is not accordingly which they hv shown in pics, gyser is working properly, room is so small, no wardrobe, no restaurant or any other option of food at property. Not recommended even for solo trip as we forced by circumstances to leave the property.

Host/Staff is very nice, they tried their best. Hospitality is also soo nice, main thing is view of property is perfect.

Hotel location is next to main market. The manager is very good and helped us a lot. The cottages are nice. Two things need to be improved - a restaurant is needed specially for elderly people who wish to stay here. Secondly, the entrance to the hotel should be well maintained.

There is no entrance for the hotel, the entrance is done through the back door which is slightly difficult especially for old and people with difficult for walking after coming from Vaishno Devi trip. The room is not insulated properly due to which turn quote cold during the night and in the morning. The bedsheets are not insulated and there is no heater provided in the rooms

Stay was good and location is perfect as per pahalgam visit garden is beautiful and quiet with nature

The property is very good, The staff is very good, the only bad thing is the entrance (could not identify the hotel) and parking for the car.

Cottage is good. For family trip it’s nice place. Draw back is only entry into the property. Location is very good

Overall experience is good. Outside the property is not so looks good. However inside property is good. The restaurant food is not good. Property asset what is mentioned in web site. Those things are not available.

We were not this kind of hospitality and services provided by staff. I have no words to explain the beauty of place. Rooms were clean and full of amenities. All in all full paisa vasool trip. The place had a full garden and valley view. The services by staff were phenomenal

Food was pathetic. Unhygienic rooms late service. Ask for something they will bring you after at-least one hour.

The room was clean, but after insisting them they changed the bedsheet. There is no dedicated entrance to the hotel. The toilet amenities were broken. The kitchen is un-hygienic. There was no reception but staff was co operative. Overall the hotel was good but not as per our expectation.

It was an average stay. Didn't provide complimentary water bottles. Breakfast had very limited option. The location of the hospital was good though on the main market area but it's is located next to the pony stand and this there is a constant smell. I also feel the staff could be a more courteous. So overall an average stay
