Excellent stay at hotel Palestine . Room are good with front view . Hotel located at main market pahalgam

Excellent budget stay near market. Also all amenities are accessible easily. Staff is very polite and friendly.

Good hotel but can be improved in sime aspects. Good location at the centre if town. Toilets were ordinary. Bigger TV can be installed. Heating system was good.

Dirty rooms smelly curtains and blankets & mattresses, poor food, not provided the breakfast even this was added in booking. Staff & hotel manager behaviour was very rude.

We feel very bad experience there. They had not maintain discipline. Not provided hot water, soup, hair oil. Charges for food items at restaurant is not affordable. We cannot recommend this residents to other tourists

Noisy whole time just opposite to taxi stand could not sleep properly low maintenance unhygienic, about food i didn’t had anything from there.

Hotel owner took the double booking as i informed him about my late check in. I had to wait for an hour with my family outside the room to get it empty. I can’t believe the level of cheapness of the owner that he gave my pre paid room to some one else just to earn few more bucks. Very nice hotel and bed is equipped with latest heating blanket. Hospitality is excellent. Behaviour of manager mr. Nasir is very pleasant. L recommended it to all visitors

Location is at the heart of pahalgram. Car parking, car booking office, horse ride starting point, market ar all near the hotel. Rooms are clean. Wifi is not consistent.
