Good stay for family with budget price clean room and decent staffs

Colour full place with Beautiful View. clean room and toilet...you can see around 40 to 50 types of colour in 1 place.bec there painting style looks like that.must visit 😀

My stay at the homestay was truly wonderful. The hosts were extremely warm, welcoming, and made me feel like part of their family. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. I especially enjoyed the delicious home-cooked meals, which gave me a real taste of the local cuisine. The location was peaceful and offered a beautiful view of the surroundings, making it perfect for relaxation. Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed.Swiming pool view is dam good.I highly recommend it for couple and family

The property shown in app doesn't match with actual view. Booked with breakfast but there is no kitchen only. Bedspread and pillows p and towels were smelly.

good experiences and good service

My recent stay at Kotian Guest House was a huge disappointment. The room, which was booked for three people, was incredibly small and cramped. Worse still, the bedroom and the mattresses had a strong, unpleasant smell that made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and I would not recommend this guest house.

Excellent location to stay...Very nice accommodation

The stay was just okay. The hotel was closed for renovation during our visit. They were not expecting us. Also the towel and sheets they provided didn't seem appealing

The stay was overall nice. Staffs were cordial, rooms and they provided great service. Homestay property was clean and is located in a serene and peaceful area. Overall it was a great experience. If someone is looking for a private and peaceful time they can stay here.

Stay is very good, but dome distance. Reasonable price and peaceful stay . Spent 3 days here and no complaints. Even breakfast is also good.if you are looking cheap and comfort stay try here

Staff person is very polite and service is very good. Rooms are okay but i think bathrooms need to be renovated. It was stinking badly. Parking place is very small. Breakfast was not tasty

We stay in deluxe room. Property is clean, and good for a family, stay. Though it away from main market and bus stand. Staff is helping especially mr pun-it to keep property clean and arranging transport.

The homestay was in a quiet place which was just 2 km from the madikeri bus stand. The place had geyser, solar water and quite a nice service.

Room and washroom is good. Hot water is there. Hotel staff behaviour is very good and healthy is very polite person

The guest house was very good and the staff of the hotel was very humble, kind and polite. This was one of the best stays, and the staff was so cooperative. Even though we got late for checkout, the hotel management adjusted us. Thanks, mm t and kotain guest house.

The location is little interior and one must definitely have a vehicle to reach the location. The stay was okay for a family and it's difficult to find food or shops over there.
