Make sure the rooms are available before you go there, i made 3 rooms booking through the app, when we reach at the location they given one of our room to another customer after we have to wait for them to vacate, our check in time was 12pm we got the room at 5pm. When we come at 5 for check in nobody was there, we had to wait there

The owner kavan was very helpful and kind enough to show the nearby places around. He went above and beyond in terms of hospitality. This is my 5th time in coorg but this stay was amazing and memorable one. The property is located at a nice place with morning mist view. There was bonfire and breakfast was complimentary. They also have another property near mandalpatti where you can stay in a tent for a night to enjoy beautiful sunrise. I stayed 2 days @ spatika and 1 day in tent. This is a definite recommendation and i will stay here again.

I had a wonderful time at the property. Its serene, exclusive and peaceful atmosphere and scenic beauty were what impressed us. Hospitality was good. The rooms were clean, relaxing and comfortable. Food quality, taste, and variety were good but could improve. Must recommend the property to others.

Amazing stay

Superb stay experience. The location was amazing and easy to reach. The area around the hotel was quite peaceful. The room was nice and clean with all the required facilities. The rooms were comfortable. I would love to recommend this property to others.

Nice place to stay peacefully

I booked this room for 3 nights and it was awesome and it is 3 km apart from city, so getting an auto is a problem, but apart from that it was excellent and really had a very good time here.

Bathrooms not well maintained

family(1)Hotel cottage hard to locate. (2)Geysers don't work properly. Had to take bath with cold water. (3)Bathroom's don't have stool for sitting and taking bath. (4)Cottage was closed when we arrived. Had to wait for 30 mins outside for the guard to come and open it for us. (5)Wifi in the rooms very weak. (6)TV not connected with TATA Sky, as good as a show piece.
