Hotel facilities were not as many as given in their description. No food options nearby. They had their restaurant, but food quality was not good. At least veg food.

Absutely horrible experience. Recently I stayed with my family for one night. The hotel is not maintained at all, the room was stinking. The covers of pillows and bedsheets were not clean. No water bottle towels provided. The bathroom was pathetic, uncleaned having lizards dropping everywhere, the toilet was licking. Not worthy per night. I want my money back.

The property is at the centre of kutta and near to nagara holle safari point and food options are available in the same building , limited parking space available, recommended for people planning for irpu falls and safari

Worst experience. There were lizards and bedbugs in the room. Surrounding was smelly. Very very bad experience.

Make my trip is worst then everything you people charge 1700 for non a/c room but, the room stay was charging 1200 for non a/c. Im not happy with this app or stay there was no proper fan in room

Room location is okay considering the fact that it's a small town. Only concern was there are 3 wine shops near by, so during festivals or town function time there might be drunk people around in streets and restaurants. And our badluck we went during some town political function. And only few restaurants near by with less options of food varieties. Service was good but room facilities was not that great. Tv was not functioning, frequent power cuts during night. Parking facility was available and 24hr hot water and rooms are clean and neat. Overall rating: service - 5, room quality - 4, room facilities - 3, location -2, food - 2

Location, property hygiene and safety are poor

Pros : 1. Location is excellent (center of the town) with a lot of options in and around for shopping and eating. 2. The rooms are big enough for 2 with a lot of storage(cupboards and storage) and the beds are comfortable 3. The rooms are fairly clean and cleaned regularly. Cons: 1. No restaurant in the hotel and so food has be ordered from a nearby restaurant which is delivered to the room. 2. Kits(toothpaste and brush) were not given at the time of check-in. 3. Frequent power cuts in the town( 6 to 7 times every day )and the hotel staff is reluctant to switch on the genset and have to spent most of the nights in the dark 4. Tv was provided but there was no stub (set top box) and had to inform the reception. Even after stub was provided, no channels or packages were activated. So we lost a lot of time(a day went by) getting the stub ready. The tv and stub have to be ready and working when a customer checks-in but that was not the case. So, the services and people are very passive and hardly interested.

Bathroom was not cleaned this was not expected especially during this pandemic times

If you are looking for a stay at Kutta Town Center then, this is the best choice. Pros: (1) Situated at center of the town. (2) Rooms are clean and spacious. (3) Staff behavior is very good. Cons: (1) There is no power backup in the hotel. (2) If you are vegetarian then you are at a wrong place. There is literally no good food for vegetarians in this town. Still you can get some good food in which is around 5 kilometer form this hotel.

Hotel was good but located in remote area, so the variety in food was less.

The rooms were clean and we'll maintained. But the non ac rooms were little suffocating.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The cleanliness is also flawless. The issues of the hotel were with the facilities. The tv was there but since it was not recharged we could not enjoy it well. They had no geyser in the washroom but had a centralized hot water service which takes time. You had to inform the hotel at least an hour prior to taking your Bath. Apart from that, all was well.

The hotel met our expectations. The hotel was convenient with responsive staff. The washroom was fairly clean and hygienic. The hotel worked neatly or me.
