The way to reach the resort was really horrible.Current and generator was not working.At night neither fan nor AC were working.More improvements can be done

I recently stayed at Hidden Creek Resort and had a mixed experience. First, I would advise against blindly following Google Maps for directions—it’s not very accurate for this location. We ended up getting a bit lost, especially with poor signage along the way. One major inconvenience was the lack of electricity at night. There was no proper backup system in place, which made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating, especially in the heat. This is something the resort seriously needs to improve. As for the food, it was average at best. While the menu had some variety, the taste and quality were not impressive. Definitely not something you’d look forward to after a long day of travel or outdoor activities. The location has potential—it’s peaceful and surrounded by nature, which could make for a great retreat if the management steps up in terms of basic amenities and service quality. Until then, I would suggest exploring other options if you’re looking for a reliable and comfortable getaway.

Small hotel with minimum carpet area, photos updated are completely different from actuals, deeply disappointed

I have booked a deluxe room, excellent place to stay for a couple. Especially the view and location on a rainy season, good and pleasant stay. Place is well maintained and neat. What can be improved? food is just avg. Resort can also give any activities part of the package that is charged.

Resort location is completely remote from the town so it’s better to reach the location with own vehicle. Also don’t follow the maps guidance to the location, instead follow the sign boards from mruthyunjaya swamy temple. Food taste is good. It would be more better if the jacuzzi has some heating system.

Located at a very remote place i would never recommend and very difficult to reach and it’s not worth the drive, reaching the spot and returning back was time consuming

Positives: 1. Location is beautiful, amid-st coffee estate and forest in the backdrop. 2. The luxury room is just amazing, with an indoor jacuzzi, spacious room, great view. 3. Food was great. Everything we had was super tasty. 4. The caretaker mr. Jeevan is very hospitable and very helpful. 5. Our checkout got delayed by an hour and they were very accommodative and didn't make any fuss out of it. 6. Good wifi connection. Caution to guests driving to this place: do not blindly follow google maps. Our car got stuck in silt for an hour and there is no one around. Worse is, you won't get signal. There are number of signboards put up by the resort after mrutyunjaya temple. Just blindly follow that. Advice to the host: 1. Considering the google maps doesn't show the correct route, many of your guests already got stuck, it would be better if you speak to the guests upfront and ask them to follow your signboards. 2. I feel more communication is required from you guys. 3. The jacuzzi really needs some mechanism to heat up the water. Else it's useless during rainy and winter seasons.

Stay host and food was decent the jacuzzi geyser couldn’t function except that everything was perfect and the host is really welcoming

Worst experience ever as the mentioned amenities (jungle safari, bbq and trekking) were not provided by the hotelier. Also there was no power in the property nor there was power backup. The hosts are rude to the guests. *would never recommend this property to anyone * personally i don’t think a platform like mmt should not even have such properties to recommend your customers!

Situated and surrounded by green forest all around, excellent food and hospitality with all modern amenities. will definitely recommend to all and looking forward to visit again.

Horrible.Its a nightmare.I have stayed a night in their luxury dip-pool room .no network at all only wifi is bad in case of any emergency no one is there to respond even a caretaker wont respond after 10pm no calls nothing.need to travel atleast 20kms for a small grocery shop.better to stay at some cheap hotels rather than spending more bucks here
