Thank you so much Kollolini. Location is really good. It’s near by Ruby hospital, Acropolis mall also near by. I booked queen size bed so room was small but it was clean and good enough according to price.food was avarage. we reached morning 8 am and they given the room by 8:30 am and not charging extra amount. Thankful to hotel owner. Overall it was good .1500 with complimentary breakfast for me and my family really good deal. You can choose this hotel. I’ll definitely stay next time when I visit Kolkata. Thank you

One of the standout features was the management's relaxed and respectful approach,no pressure or issues regarding payments, which made the stay even more pleasant. If you are a vegetarian, you found the meals absolutely delightful flavorful, satisfying, and truly a treat. Overall, the pricing is very reasonable for the quality offered. Highly recommended for a peaceful and VFM getaway!

Terrible Stay
Sorry. Small room only for 1 person with a small size bed. I didn't have any image, hard to locate the place even on the phone call with the reception person online with location shared, very hard to locate a small one

Dear Sir, You have booked the basic room of the property that is the Economy Deluxe Room. The room is a 100 sq ft room with a queen sized double bed. If you had chosen a small room and went for a budget price then you should surely expect what you had booked. The place is easily locatable via Google map as the map brings you exactly to the property steps. We find your review quite unreasonable and unrealistic. We feel you should go for a 5 star hotel instead which would best suit your needs and expectation. If you look forward to a clean, homely, family environment with fresh food then Hotel Kollolini Kolkata should be your choice.

Dear Sir, 5 minutes walking distance from both Ruby General Hospital and Acropolis Mall is generally considered a most valuable and good location. However different guest perspectives are always different. Breakfast is complementary so maybe it tasted better than the paid meals ) because a bonus share is always better than the parent share. However on a serious note, our meals are healthy, strictly cooked in a home kitchen under strict supervision of professionals and we DO NOT ADD ANY ARTIFICIAL COLOURS OR FLAVOURS to enhance the food taste. As a hotelier, I beg to differ on the point wherein you mention all amenities were not available because even a Hair Dryer was made available to you when you asked for it. We proudly write what we have and we provide pictures of all that we have. I truly understand where your dissatisfaction comes from because you had booked 2 rooms and the Super Deluxe Room was on the ground floor and the Economy Deluxe Room was on the 3rd floor and you insisted to have rooms on the same floor. However as the hotel was running full occupancy we could not adhere to your request. It would have been really nice and considerate of you, had you highlighted our cleanliness, beautiful room decor, safety and security and homely environment which could help other guests to make the right choice regarding booking Hotel Kollolini Kolkata. Staying at kollolini has been amazing everytime. I always choose kollolini whenever i travel to kolkata. Amazing hospitality. All the staffs (mukti) to owner, they are very welcoming. Malls and popular places are nearby not so far. Very convenient for them who is travel-ling for passport work it’s 5 min away from the hotel in cab. Excellent service

Very bad experienc
Very bad experience. Room service is pathetic. We asked for water. They don't have packaged drinking water. When asked for breakfast, they mistakenly sent to some other room. We waited for one and half hour but they couldn't able to give us our breakfast. At the end, we had to checkout. I would ask everyone to stay away from this hotel.

Dear Sir, We thank you for sharing your experience and giving us the opportunity for an explanation. We offer complementary mineral water as a welcome gesture for our guests at the time of check In. For the rest of the stay of the guests chargeable mineral water is always available. So we are unable to understand what you mean by 'not having packaged drinking water. Our normal breakfast serving time is 8:30am to 9 am and you had asked for an early breakfast at 8:30 am as you were supposed to check out early. We do agree and apologize that your breakfast got wrongly served in another room and unfortunately we only came to know about it at 9 am when you informed this at the reception during your check Out. So the question of waiting for 1 and half hours for breakfast also looks like a miscalculation of time. Dearest Sir, had you just once informed the reception that your breakfast had not been served, the same could have been sent to your room in just 10 minutes. However you just took offence in the non intentional mistake of a staff. An unintentional mistake which could have been sorted out in just 10 minutes became a story of vengeance and reputation sabotage. Considering you to be our honorable guest, you become an extended family member of Hotel Kollolini Kolkata. So we respect your reason for being angry and upset and once again apologize and say that we loved having you as our esteemed guest and definitely look forward to having you again and giving us a chance to serve you double breakfast) Regards Team Kollolini Kolkata

businessI had booked a room for 2 days, and my experience staying here was amazing. They have such a clean and comfortable rooms. All the staffs were really approachable. Mr sushant who was handle the reception, such a polite and hardworking person. And ms piyali, the owner of this hotel. I have no words to describe her. I found her very humble, the way she handles her guests such a welcoming person. She is so understanding and helpful in nature. I have never met someone like her. Being a owner of that place, she is such a sweetheart, understanding and helpful. Great hospitality anyone who is traveling for passport/visa. This place is nearby from the office. Near ruby hospital
