bathroom had urine smells complimentary breakfast not got from there but mentioned in discription.

Property is still under construction so should not be open for booking. some Rooms were ready. We were the first guests. The property was a dine in restaurant now being converted to a hotel with addition of Rooms. Poorly planned with Rooms opening into the Restaurant. The property location is excellent & the private area in the open along the backwaters is ideal sit out for hours. The staff is helpful with a language challenge... they can speak some English & Hindi . Food is average. MMT should let its Customers make an informed choice. In this case there was no mention of under construction or this being the 1st booking. Not expected this from MMT platform

There is a room on roof top and washroom is not clean and leaky pipes, bedsheet is so dirty and outside the room is construction workers working and their work time clothes hanging on a rope it's so dirty with cement dust, it is an incomplete structure, it is like they made a room as temporary and the roof is broken here and there, and the door even not close properly, it is the worst setup i have ever seen in my life. It will spoil your entire vacation. It is purely cheating
