Beautiful Stay with a Minor Drawback

Had a really good time at Scliff Beach Resort. The place offers a great view of the sea and a calm, relaxing vibe throughout our stay. The staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere felt peaceful and refreshing. However, the only issue we faced was that the water in the washroom occasionally came out with a green tint. Apart from that, everything else about the resort was enjoyable and worth the visit.

Good Location but needs improvement in multiple areas.

Rooms are good. Location is excellent. But service is average. Need to follow up a lot to get things done. Breakfast was exellent on a weekday but average on weekend. There was no hot water during the weekend morning. We were told its because of large number of guests. Overall a good stay but there is a lot of scope for improvement.

when we booked ,we mentioned sea views. but there not any sea view. we reached there 5.p.m but they give us room after half an hour. there no manager.sweeper provide us room..very horrible. no any facilities

in hotel room there is very bed service and no towel no shampoo no body wash and bed is also smelling old , we booked for 4days but after 24hour they have given the service, this is very bad experience in the hotel

The resort stay was not as expected. AC was not properly worked. Doors are old. Very pathetic condition. Only advantage is the resort is on cliff area itself. Not worth for hard earned money.

The view alone is good in that room... mattress is not good and AC/heater/Tv/kettle is not working properly and the balcony windows are not cloasable as it kept open for all day which is not safe for couples..

Room service is worst and cleanliness is not there. when we ask for fresh bedsheet and towels they replied that dhobi was not available. they are not doing room service and wash room cleaning daily. overall not a good experience and I won't suggest this stay

Premium sea view room

The most fascinating fact about this resort cum hotel is the premium sea view room which has direct access to north cliff ocean view with a greater cinematic looks. Room as per tariff could be not suitable for most of the folks who are travelling with family and couple this would a great choice. Another fact they should clean up the rooms very often and do work on the basic facilities including room service and access to restaurant.
