S cliff Black Beach Resort

the property location is in perfect spot for sea view and very convenient for nearby attractions

Location and Rooms are good. Property owner never picks up his call. This must be taken care.

The resort stay was not as expected. AC was not properly worked. Doors are old. Very pathetic condition. Only advantage is the resort is on cliff area itself. Not worth for hard earned money.

Room is not clean and not seems like in the picture and there is no floor mat also in the room. Average room which is not worthy

The view alone is good in that room... mattress is not good and AC/heater/Tv/kettle is not working properly and the balcony windows are not cloasable as it kept open for all day which is not safe for couples..

Best thing abt this property is its location which is just on the cliff,at a reasonable price.staff is also very helpful.

Room service is worst and cleanliness is not there. when we ask for fresh bedsheet and towels they replied that dhobi was not available. they are not doing room service and wash room cleaning daily. overall not a good experience and I won't suggest this stay

The most fascinating fact about this resort cum hotel is the premium sea view room which has direct access to north cliff ocean view with a greater cinematic looks. Room as per tariff could be not suitable for most of the folks who are travelling with family and couple this would a great choice. Another fact they should clean up the rooms very often and do work on the basic facilities including room service and access to restaurant.

Good location with great view from the premium sea-view room. Room service and staff were kind and friendly. Complimentary Breakfast is poor though

The rooms has a smelly atmosphere and bathroom flush was not working..While calling at reception no one was picking the call.. Have to try 3-4 times after that they pick up call

Thank you for getting an opportunity for review. As rooms were not properly cleaning nor maintained. I stayed for 2 days,but 2nd there was no rooms cleaning was held. No breakfast was provided for our premier book booking. Overall about rooms still need to improved Reception/ staff were responding on time. I couldn't feel a great at stay

The resort was not good enough for the money we paid Parking was not available as the road to the resort was really small We had to go behind the staff for carrying out luggage to the rooms they were responding well Food was not included though we paid a good amount of money The rooms were very mid and the bathroom was stinking and the water was red in colour We had to use the same water for the stay The outside place was good as it has a beach view

Room was good but service is pathetic, no one will come for cleaning. They don't have any restaurant. If you choose room with breakfast, they will give you coupon and that restaurant food was not good.

The location of the property was amazing, right next to the cliff and markets! The phone in the room didn’t work and the sheets were a bit dirty. Hot water didn’t come readily and you had to wait for a bit. It was very average experience.

Rooms are very clean, staff very cooperative and good location,pool also available, it's near on cliff
